Scope of Practice
We offer a diverse range of services to our clients pertaining to design and management of their
financial and accounting systems. We have adopted the international accounting principles and make
sure to link them with local Iraqi accounting criteria and practices.
Our team of experienced financial experts delivers bespoke assistance at both systems and
operational levels. They keep abreast of all the changes in the relevant legislation and regulatory
framework, to offer the most up-to-date advice and assistance.
Financial Management
- Integration of financial system into the client organization’s business and administrative
process systems; - Drawing the client’s financial policies to ensure proper monitoring of performance at the task,
project, and organizational levels; - Design the decision support system for top management and stakeholders, centered on
financial and accounting systems’ information.
Accounting
- Preparing monthly bookkeeping, trial balance, as well as annual requirements of financial
statements; - Processing of salary and final settlements in due course;
- Preparing monthly operational expenses and manpower costing analysis reports;
- Analysis of accounts receivable aging report, accounts payable aging report, advances to
suppliers, and logged invoices; - Maintaining and controlling various fixed assets;
- Bank account reconciliations;
- Reconciling and monitoring balance sheet accounts.
Representation
We also represent our clients in dealing and negotiating with commercial banks:
- Opening of import L/C’s; and
- Liaising with bank to bank guarantees
