We act on behalf of clients—foreign companies which do not have representative offices but have active contracts with the Iraqi government—in following the implementation of their contracts in Iraq. We also provide such services as finalizing tax returns and releasing the amounts initially deducted from the contract.

For the companies having a registered office in Iraq, we provide full package of service in tax (monthly payments, statements, returns, clearances, approvals for tenders), bookkeeping, labor and social security, work permissions for expatriate staff, finalize the inspections, etc
