Cooperation between Iraqi Federation Industries of Ninawa & Tahseen Al Adaa’ company for Administration and business consultancy
Based on the mutual aspiration to promote common economic relations and with a purpose of regulating the administrative relations, organizational relations between private and public sectors We are realized that each sectors are complement each other’s and support it. خفاثقleting and supporting the ie and organizational relations between the two because we realize that each of them help in compBased on the desire in benefit from the efficient types of cooperation that is depended on the elements of modern administration aimed at promoting local economic activities have been signed this cooperation document in below to regulate this cooperation as follows:
First- The two parties shall exchange the information, statistics, and experiences of common interest at the fields of industry, economy, industrial laws, and customs used in Iraq and the world.
Second- Two parties are encouraged the involvement of industrialists at the local and international exhibitions for developing existing industries or which are planned. Cooperating with Global unions and Chambers of industry for the reason of encouraging mutual experiences and then getting supports.
Third- Two parties are working by cooperating and encouraging investment for the importance of the economic role of the province where the bases of the industrial production are available especially at the fields of agricultural and animal productions which is represented corner stone of the province.
Forth- Given the adoption of a market economy policy for the purposes of development and rehabilitation in the province of Ninawa; the two sides are looking forward to contribute in triggering initiatives to reconstruction the industrial businesses and services by designing industrial cities and setting industrial policies that help and support the industrial investments in it according to the terms, details, guarantees, and facilities that can be studied and agreed upon and on the allocations which will be necessary for funding.
Fifth- Proposing and studing industrial projects and obtain the necessary allocation for their establishment in coordination with the governmental organizational parties that are specialized after agreeing on the percentage of contribution to costs and profits and to each case in its condition.
Sixth- preparing business Guide that is financed by the provincial counsl or by who empowers them to contribute to the definition of the meaning of industry and the importance of the fields covered by the industrial sector, which the chamber thinks be adopted for the purposes of industry development.
Seventh- Building the abilities of the human resources working in the public and private industrial sector for designing, coordinating, and implementation of industrial policies which help develop the marketing concepts for the local product. Where the deal is made on spending wages for those activities in each case in its condition through the specialties monitored by the Province.
Eighth- This document can be renewed or adds points to it if any of the two parties want to and after getting the acceptance from the other party.
Ninth- Industrial partnerships are being established within Iraq between the two sides.
Tenth- the work continues using this protocol from the date of the signature on it without the need to renew it unless one of the sides decides to stop working on it to be notified by the other side willingly and stop working on it after three months of the date of notification.
